Net2Aspire LLC is not liable for any incidental or consequential lost damage to the customer .Our claim will only be limited to the extent of refund policy stated on this website.

Introduction:
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) STATE IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS REGARDING YOUR USE OF Net2Aspire LLC COMPUTER TRAINING SOFTWARE AND YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ( Ne zen Analytics LLC).YOU SHOULD READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS SUCH AS HOW LONG IT LASTS, FEES FOR EARLY TERMINATION, OUR RIGHTS TO CHANGE THESE CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, PRIVACY, AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES BY ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF IN COURT. IF YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT, IT WILL APPLY TO ALL YOUR Services FROM US, INCLUDING ALL YOUR EXISTING Services.
“AGREEMENT” MEANS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, TOGETHER WITH EACH ACCEPTED Services ORDER SUBMITTED BY YOU AND ACCEPTED BY Net2Aspire LLC, ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS MENTIONED FOR YOUR Services ORDER AND THE PRIVACY POLICY, STATE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND Net2Aspire LLC(THE “AGREEMENT”). The Services Order will form the part of the Agreement only if the same has been accredited by Net2Aspire LLC in writing or by an e-mail. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order to be eligible to use the Net2Aspire LLC Portal (defined below), or obtain Services (defined below).

Definitions:
Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are also used in the Privacy Policy and are incorporated by reference to these Terms and Conditions. “You” “You” means you individually, any person, company, partnership or sole trader business including any employer that you are acting on behalf of. ” Net2Aspire LLC” is the Services mark and trading name of Net2Aspire LLC. All references to Net2Aspire LLC refer to the company. All Net2Aspire LLC Services and service are not tenured Subscription Services offered by Net2Aspire LLC that are active for a particular period and will not include any incident based Services such as Per Incident Services or the like. These Terms and Conditions govern all Services available through the Net2Aspire LLC websites, and any use of the Net2Aspire LLC websites. In the event of any deviation these Terms and Conditions control any Services Order form that you submit requesting Services (“Services Order”). “MATERIALS” “Materials” means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, Services information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the Net2Aspire LLC websites are the proprietary and copyrighted work of Net2Aspire LLC and/or its suppliers. The definition of “equipment” does not include the design or layout of the Net2Aspire Brains LLC website or any other Net2Aspire Brains LLC owned, operated, licensed or controlled site. “SOFTWARE” “Software” means a computer program of any kind, owned by Net2Aspire LLC. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws.

SUBMISSION OF Services ORDERS Services Service:
You may order Services by Placing Services Orders through the Net2Aspire LLC website or by calling Net2Aspire LLC. Once Net2Aspire LLC acknowledge the services Order submitted by you, then you will receive an email from Net2Aspire LLC at the email address that you provide or have provided to Net2Aspire LLC as part of the Registration Process for the Services. Net2Aspire LLC is not responsible for rendering services in connection with any services Order that it has not accepted. Upon acceptance by Net2Aspire LLC of a services Order, you will receive the services.
SERVICES OFFERED
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, and other terms specific to each services, Net2Aspire LLC will address your query using commercially reasonable efforts in providing appropriate solutions. In most cases, Net2Aspire LLC will attempt problem analysis and a solution over the telephone, through chat, email or other means as it believes most appropriate under the circumstances. PAYMENT
Services Order will be offered once you have made payment for services according to the requirements of the corresponding services Order. When you pay for Services, you agreed to specific price and Services, which may have included a term of one or two years. Similarly, some Services may offer a discount. You agree to the applicable term in relation to the Services and /or the bundled Services you have ordered. If you signed up for a Term Services or a Bundle Discount, the price available with those Services is valid until one of the following occurs:
(1) the term expires;
(2) you drop one of the Net2Aspire LLC Services you were required to purchase to receive the special rate:
(3) You terminate the agreement/Services before the expiry of the term.

CREDIT CARD BILLING:
You may be asked to provide us with a credit card number from a card issuer that we accept in order to activate your Services. You hereby authorize Net2Aspire LLC to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card with respect to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment. You authorize the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize Net2Aspire LLC and/or any other company who bills Services, or acts as billing agent for Net2Aspire LLC to persist to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card until such amounts are paid in full.
You agree to provide Net2Aspire LLC with updated credit card information upon request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither Net2Aspire LLC nor any Net2Aspire LLC associated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event you are enrolled, or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer Services, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at Net2Aspire LLC option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds Transfer Services.
When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we will charge you an additional USD 20.00.
CONSUMERS RIGHT TO CANCEL:
You will be dealing with Net2Aspire LLC as a consumer (purchaser) if you purchase the Services for your personal benefit and do not use the Services for commercial purposes in a business.
Consumers have the right to this Agreement at any time up to the end of seven Business working days after the day on which the Agreement is concluded (i.e Net2Aspire LLC accepts your order), subject to the following requirements. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.
The Consumer does not have the right to cancel the Agreement if the supply of the Services initiate by the Consumer requesting performance of the Services before the end of the seven working day cancellation period.
To exercise the right of cancellation, the Consumer must give written notice to the Net2Aspire LLC by email, at the Suppliers email address as follows: refund setting out your name, address, Services description and any order number.
Once the purchaser has notified the Net2Aspire LLC that the purchaser is canceling the Agreement, Net2Aspire LLC will within 7 days refund or re-credits to the purchaser any sum that has been paid by the purchaser or debited from the Customers credit card for the Services.
